Hi there!

I’m Christelle. The founder and Head Assistant of OneHelpVA, formerly known as Dubai Elite Assistants.

I began my journey as “Just A VA” as a way to use my hard-earned skills and deep want to be home with my then newly born daughter.

I wanted to continue working with people, knowing I had something important to offer to people, with a deep need to help and be of service.

I come from a hospitality background with professional training in luxury establishments, which means it is extremely difficult for me to say no to a client and not do my best to meet (and exceed) their expectations.

Making people feel good and feel seen are things that drive me every day.

It lights my fire to go the extra mile; I am naturally curious and will want to integrate myself into your business or way of life to understand who you are, to then be able to act on your behalf as much as possible, to take more and more load off your shoulders.

I care about you and your business, and I care about your happiness. I root for my clients and want them to succeed more than anything.

I love to learn, I love to discover new things, and I especially love to surprise my clients with exceptional recommendations on where to dine, stay, and what to gift to their loved ones.

Years later, I am now helping dozens of individuals, heads of corporations, lead their companies and more importantly, their personal lives. I am now part of inner circles I never expected to be part of, and I love being able to say that.
